Massachusetts Hotel Reservations
Through the winter and into early spring, the Greater Boston area will yield a wealth of excellent experiences thanks, in part, to a wealth of must-see attractions, charming towns and enclaves, and a world-class schedule of events and concerts. Whether you choose to stay in downtown Boston or any its nearby neighbors like Cambridge or Waltham, you’ll find it easy to have a blast.
You’d be well advised to plan a stay in Concord this winter or spring. Found just west of Waltham, Concord is home to an array of must-visit attractions, pleasant and welcoming locals, and so much more. The Concord Museum should be high on your list of places to visit, and the Old North Bridge will be particularly picturesque this time of year.
One of the most popular winter actives, for locals and visitors alike, is skiing. Guests in Concord will find exceptional skiing at the nearby Nashoba Valley Ski Area, found in Westford. At Nashoba you’ll find 17 trails fed by three trip chairs and one double. There’s a terrain park ideal for snowboarding, and the snow-tubing park is great for the kids.
Closer to downtown Boston you’ll find a wealth of things to see and do this winter. From January 12th to 14th you can catch a live performance from the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Just visit the Boston Symphony Hall to see conductor Bramwell Tovey guide his ensemble through an array of musical magic. Each performance begins at 1:30 p.m.
Plan a visit to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center any time between January 12th and 16th for the New England Auto Show. The biggest auto event in Boston, the New England Auto Show is a showcase for the newest imported and domestic automobiles coming in the near future. Panel discussions and guests speakers will also be held at this year’s New England Auto Show.
Treat the whole family to an exciting night of thrilling NHL action during your winter or spring visit to Boston. Head for the TD Garden and check out the Boston Bruins in all their glory. Some of their marquee matchups include the Dallas Stars on March 30th, Tampa Bay Lightning on April 4th, and Washington Capitals on April 8th – their last game of the 2016-17 season.
